Responsible for sending certificates of insurance and W-9's upon request. Perform journal entries, 401K contributions and tax withholdings. Will reconcile credit card statements, insurance benefits, cell phone invoices, etc. Maintain vendor files and invoices. 3-5 years of Accounting preferably in construction, architecture or engineering. Will be working with Excel, Word and Adobe. Clearview InFocus software a big plus! HSG. Accounting Degree. Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00.  Criminal/Drug screening.
