Upload orders from website to QuickBooks, create packing lists, invoice and handle processing of credit card payments. Manage inventory through report analysis, create purchase orders and reorders based on inventory, follow up on purchase orders, etc. Will interact with customers to communicate status of orders and handle issues and damaged/incorrect orders, etc. Manage A/P and A/R. 10 years inventory control experience preferred.
