The Client Relations/Administrative Associate will handle a wide range of administrative and sales support tasks while working to provide clients with the results they need and always exceeding expectations. Answer phones, direct calls, provide support for sales division, assist in the prep of presentations for marketing/sales/promotional activities, coordinate and plan internal events, food for internal meetings, conference room schedule, etc. Work with clients to facilitate custom orders, interact with vendors, etc. HSG.
