The Litigation Paralegal will participate in the case strategy and workup, discovery requests and responses, trial prep, etc. Will gather and analyze research data, prepare non-party subpoenas and attend and assist attorneys at trial. Prior paralegal experience in product liability. Microsoft Office, Trial Director and Worldox experience preferred. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dead-line driven environment.
