The Property Manager Administrative Assistant will schedule maintenance tech work orders, check portal daily for work orders, handle escalated calls, closeout orders, log receipts, review invoices, etc.  Will handle estimates for maintenance, get approval, create vendor reports, etc. Will work with residents, vendors and co-workers.  Must have strong problem solving and heavy customer service skills.  Administrative experience in residential property management and/or Construction industry is preferred.
