Responsible for the completion of the project by planning, organizing and maintaining projects; quality inspections and supervising sub-contractors and staff on time and within budget. Will perform any and all other duties and necessary. Will ensure safety according to ALDOT, job progress to meet time schedule, crew schedules to maximize efficiency while following and enforcing company policies. Will directly supervise multiple projects and crews.  Truck scheduling, including: number of truck required to haul asphalt - vehicle capacity, traffic conditions, distance and productivity of drivers. Maintains time and materials records for daily job costing, material progress reports and work schedule adjustments. 10+ combined years of experience as a Foreman and/or Superintendent in asphalt paving/road work construction projects.
